We want you and your pup to be happy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Food, Treats & Supplements (Dawg Butter, Shroomies, Pumpkin Chews, Mushroom Extracts & Capsules)
Due to the nature of consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepoochinn11@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll make it right.
Gear & Accessories (CoyoteVest, Ellie Pad & similar items)
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at thepoochinn11@gmail.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are always welcome — we're happy to swap for a different size or color.
